"Sitti" — my grandmother in Arabic — is the most beloved word in Palestinian culture. She was the first to wake, the last to sleep, and the one who always had coffee ready before you even asked.

Sitti Café is a tribute to that warmth — a mobile coffee trailer bringing Palestinian hospitality to the streets, markets, and events of Charlotte, North Carolina.

Every drink on our menu is rooted in tradition. The cardamom in your latte, the saffron in your cup, the chai karak in your hands — these are not ingredients. They are memories.
